As we work with international suppliers, we do not accept physical returns.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Items do not need to be returned to us.

Please note that size-related issues or change-of-mind returns are not eligible.
